- Your rough budget range, or the outcome that has to be justified
- Links to repositories, screenshots or documents, if they help

- Plan — we write the approach and an explicit out-of-scope list; you confirm before any work starts.
- Implementation — delivered in the order the platform requires.
- Drill — we rehearse a rollback, restore or migration rather than handing over an untested system.
- Handover — a short runbook, a training session, and a follow-up window for questions.
