Terms of Service

Effective date: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quick Health (the "App"), including its iOS app, widgets, and Apple Watch app, developed and published by Tianjin Matrix Code Technology Co., Ltd. (天津代码矩阵技术有限公司) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App does​

Quick Health lets you quickly record body temperature and blood pressure readings into Apple Health, and view your recent values, history, and trends on iPhone, widgets, and Apple Watch. All data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Medical disclaimer — please read carefully​

The App is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The App only records values that you enter yourself and displays data stored in Apple Health. It does not measure, verify, interpret, or evaluate any health data.
  • Information shown in the App must never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any questions regarding a medical condition, and before making any decision based on recorded values.
  • Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of anything recorded in or displayed by the App.
  • If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

3. License​

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, where applicable).

4. Your responsibilities​

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the values you enter. Mistyped entries will be stored in Apple Health as entered until you edit or delete them.
  • You are responsible for securing your device and your Apple account; anyone with access to your unlocked device may see data displayed by the App.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

5. Apple Health integration​

The App reads from and writes to Apple Health only with permissions you grant, and you may revoke them at any time in system settings. Removing permissions limits App functionality but never deletes your Apple Health data. Management and synchronization of the Apple Health database itself (including any iCloud sync) is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's terms.

6. Purchases​

The App's core features — recording, history, trends, widgets, and the Apple Watch app — are free. The App may offer an optional, voluntary tip ("Support the Developer") as an in-app purchase. Tips are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms; they do not unlock any features or content, are not a subscription, and do not change what the App does with your data. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies.

7. Intellectual property​

The App, including its design, icons, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than the license in Section 3.

8. Disclaimer of warranties​

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including damages arising from decisions made in reliance on data recorded in or displayed by the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.

10. Apple as third-party beneficiary​

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you upon your acceptance.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any product, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims relating to the App. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Termination​

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App.

12. Changes to these Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available at the address where this document is published. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's principal place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country or region of residence.
