1. Discovery

After you raise a request, we schedule a business interview: the current state, why you want to move onto Lark Base, and how familiar your team already is with what it can do.

What you provide:
- your business architecture;
- a contact for each node in that architecture.
2. Architecture

We map your business model onto the data modules it needs, and produce a basic architecture from them.

What you confirm:
- the architecture diagram, and a process flow for each module.
3. Sub-module interviews
- Within one week, we interview each sub-module: business problems, processes and data, and build a first demo of it.
- What you confirm:
- detailed table structures and process diagrams.
4. MVP build and testing
- One week to build the Base MVP, then test and adjust it together with your business staff.
- What you provide:
- business staff who can test with us.
5. Experience tuning
- We refine the Base experience against what your staff actually need.
- What you provide:
- business staff who can test with us.
6. Handover and training
- We migrate your data, hand the system over, and provide 15 days of training so your team can run Lark Base themselves.
